Using the amazing Calypso Hammerhead Waterjet machine, DSW is able to produce a precisely finished product from a wide range of materials - from tile to titanium - quickly and economically. Since no heat or pressure is involved in the process, the finished product has no warping, distortion, or discoloration. Precision is easy with Waterjet machining, the cutting head never touches the material to be cut, so precise shapes can be cut very easily. The entire process is computer controlled, allowing us to cut multiple parts with very little set-up time.
